Take off quantities, build scopes, and write estimates for $5M-$50M commercial construction projects across the Carolinas. Work with preconstruction, manage bid packages, coordinate with subcontractors. Heavy on plan reading and trade partner relationships.
We train. 12-month ramp for estimators from other industries who can read plans and think logically about construction.
Plan reading and construction estimating experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Experience in concrete, steel, or MEP a plus. Willingness to learn.
