Coordinate intermodal container movements between the Port of Tacoma and inland rail ramps. You will work with carriers, customs brokers, and shippers to resolve exceptions, track shipments, and hit on-time delivery targets. Fast-paced, 24/7 operation — shift work required initially.

Strong problem-solving under pressure and clear communication skills. Comfortable with TMS systems (we train on ours). Ability to work rotating shifts during the first 6 months. Willingness to learn intermodal and rail operations from the ground up.
