We're building out a BDR team from scratch and we need a lead who's been in sales and knows how to run a team — without needing prior management experience. You'll be responsible for 8 BDRs, pipeline reporting, and hitting a team quota of $2M+ per quarter. We have a playbook, a manager in training program, and a clear path to AE within 12 months. Most team leads here are promoted from within. We just need someone who can coach, hustle, and not let their team miss numbers.
2+ years of sales experience and some team leadership (even informal). Competitive and metrics-driven. Comfortable reporting into a CRM and running weekly pipeline reviews. No SaaS experience needed.
