We put owner-operators in trucks and keep them running. We have a lease-to-own program where you drive for us for 12 months and we apply a portion of your revenue toward truck ownership. Most of our owner-ops are clearing $150k-$200k gross after expenses by year two. We handle the dispatch, the back-office, and the insurance. You just drive. We have dedicated lanes, consistent freight, and no forced dispatch.
CDL-A and at least 2 years of OTR experience. Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check. We handle the rest. Previous owner-op experience is a plus — not required.
