We need people who can understand a technical product, build relationships with IT leaders, and advocate for the customer internally. You don't need a technical background — you need to be curious, proactive, and good at running a meeting. We'll teach you the product. We have a strong onboarding program and CSMs here earn $120k-$160k with retention bonuses.
