We're promoting our first cohort of team leads from within the SDR ranks — but we also hire people from outside tech who show the instincts. You'll manage a team of 6-8 SDRs who are breaking into their first tech sales roles. We need someone who's been where they are — managed people, hit number, and knows how to coach without being a jerk. The base is strong, OT is real, and if you're managing a team of 8 and hitting quota, you're making $150k+ all-in.
Prior sales or management experience in any industry. You know how to run a team meeting, push pipeline, and hold people accountable. No tech sales background needed — just the instincts and the hustle.
