Estimators who can read a bid package and build a number are the backbone of a winning construction company. We'll take people with a background in construction — carpenters, foremen, field engineers — and train them on heavy civil takeoffs, equipment pricing, and self-perform math. We have a senior estimator program that takes 18 months from onboarding to full bid responsibility. Good estimators here make $140k+ with bonuses on won bids.
Background in construction or civil engineering (even as a laborer or field tech). Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar estimating software is helpful. No degree required.
