We don't require oilfield experience — we need people who can pass a physical, handle 12-hour shifts, and follow procedures in a high-pressure environment. We train from the ground up on pumping operations, iron roughnecks, and wellsite logistics. After 90 days on crew, you'll have a clear career path to tool pusher and beyond.
Willingness to work 14-on/14-off rotations. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Physically fit and comfortable in a loud, dirty, high-pressure environment. No oilfield experience required.
