We need a manager who can run a fleet of 30-50 trucks without having managed a fleet before. We'll teach you the dispatch software, the driver retention strategies, and the safety protocols. You just need to be organized, firm, and good at problem-solving on the fly. When a driver breaks down in Topeka at 2am, you figure it out. We need someone who's not afraid of a challenge and can keep 50 drivers moving and motivated.
Strong organizational and communication skills. Some logistics background or willingness to learn dispatch software. CDL is a plus. You'll be accountable for on-time delivery and driver safety. No prior management experience required.
