You bring the sales instinct and the will to find loads. We take a flat management fee and you keep the margin. Agents in our network are clearing $100k-$250k in their first year. We supply the TMS, the training, and the loads. You supply the hustle.
Self-motivated and comfortable with uncertainty. Basic math skills and a phone personality. Prior logistics experience is helpful but not required. Must be willing to work odd hours to book loads. No MC authority needed — you operate under our authority.
