Wind Turbine Technician — Entry Level (Paid Training)

The wind industry is exploding and we need technicians who can work 200 feet in the air with a head for troubleshooting. We train people with mechanical aptitude into full turbine techs — our program takes 6-12 months and you earn while you learn. Once you're certified, you're looking at $100k+ with overtime and a schedule that lets you have a life. We provide all climbing gear, PPE, and safety training. You bring the willingness to work at height and a work ethic that doesn't quit.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with heights. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a drug screen. Prior experience in HVAC, construction, or military is a plus — not a requirement.
