We keep the lights on in one of the most demanding energy corridors in the country. We need groundmen who want to move up to apprentice and journeyman lineman — and we'll train you if you're willing to work hard, show up on time, and climb. We offer paid apprenticeship programs, full benefits, per diem for out-of-town work, and a clear path to $55/hr+ in under 24 months. If you've got a CDL or climbing background, that's a plus — not a requirement.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a physical. No experience needed — just show up ready to learn a trade with serious earning potential. Safety-first mindset.
