Manage drilling fluid programs on horizontal wells in the Williston Basin. You will supervise mud engineers, monitor mud properties, troubleshoot wellbore problems, and coordinate with the drilling rig and company reps. 14/14 rotation schedule — fully covered housing and per diem.\n\nRed River Mud operates 18 rigs across North Dakota and Montana. We train drilling fluid specialists from the ground up — petroleum engineering degree not required.
Physical fitness for a field environment. Chemical or industrial process background preferred. Valid driver license. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and live in a camp setting. Strong problem-solving under pressure.
