Own safety compliance and training across heavy civil projects — bridges, highways, and water treatment facilities. You will conduct site audits, manage OSHA compliance, run toolbox talks, and lead incident investigations. Must be visible on site daily.\n\nCascade has 8 active heavy civil projects across Oregon and Washington. We need a safety manager who leads by presence, not paperwork.
OSHA 30 and prior safety experience in heavy civil or industrial construction. Valid driver license. Willingness to travel to project sites in the Pacific Northwest. CSP preferred but not required.
