You will manage architects, civil engineers, zoning attorneys, and local jurisdiction approvals. This is a coordination role for someone who wants to learn development from the ground floor.\n\nCompensation includes base salary plus a per-project completion bonus.
Real estate or construction background a plus. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders. Valid driver license. Ability to read site plans and zoning codes.
