About the Role

Prospect into manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies for our operations analytics platform. We do 80% inbound — your job is to turn inbound interest into qualified demos, not spam people on LinkedIn. Base + uncapped commission. Quota is 15 qualified demos per month.\n\nMetricSync's ACV averages $48k. Top SDRs in 2025 earned $115k+. We have a clear path to AE in 9–12 months.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable on the phones and in Zoom demos. Hunger to learn the SaaS sales motion. No prior prospecting experience needed — we have a world-class training program. Engineering or ops background a plus.
