Lead a team of 4 data engineers building and maintaining our real-time analytics pipeline. You will own our dbt models, Airflow DAGs, Snowflake warehouse, and the streaming ingestion layer that powers our B2B analytics product. We are a data consultancy — you work on interesting problems for clients across retail, CPG, and logistics.
5+ years in data engineering. Strong SQL and Python. dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake experience required. Leadership or mentoring experience. Willingness to work with client stakeholders and own delivery.
