Forge builds commercial projects — office, retail, industrial — across Arizona. We need superintendents who know how to run a job site: schedules, subcontractors, quality control, safety. You come up through the trades or project management — we do not require a degree. We have promoted superintendents from carpenter foremen. Commercial construction experience (field or PM level). Valid driver's license. OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain). Comfortable with project management software.
