Oversee patient billing, insurance collections, and denial management for a 300-bed regional hospital. You will manage a team of 12, optimize our Epic billing workflows, and reduce AR days from 48 to under 35. We are mid-size and growing — you own the revenue cycle end to end.
3+ years in hospital revenue cycle management. Epic or Cerner billing system experience required. Deep knowledge of payer contracting and denial workflows. Leadership experience. Willingness to be on site daily.
