AirNav provides air traffic control services at regional airports under FAA contracts. We are hiring trainee controllers — you do not need aviation experience. You will go through our FAA-approved training program (academy + facility rating), working toward your FAA controller certification. Starting pay during training is $65K; certified controllers at regional facilities earn $120-175K. Must be US citizen, pass background check and medical exam. Strong situational awareness and communication skills. Comfortable with technology and radar systems. No prior aviation experience needed.
