Lead a 4-6 person crew installing commercial and utility-scale solar systems across the Phoenix metro and Arizona desert. You will be responsible for site layout, racking installation, module mounting, electrical wiring, and quality control. Average job: 1-4 weeks for larger commercial sites. Weekly pay. Electrical or roofing experience. Comfortable working at heights in Arizona heat. Valid driver license. NABCEP PV Installation Associate preferred or willingness to get it. Leadership experience a plus. Early start times (5-6 AM) in summer.
