Run day-to-day operations for a 200k sqft cross-dock and fulfillment warehouse in the Houston metro. You will own headcount across 2 shifts, productivity metrics, safety compliance, and throughput. We are scaling — you will help build the next phase of the operation. This is a floor role. You are in the building making calls in real time, not in an office running reports.
Warehouse or distribution center operations experience. Comfortable with WMS systems. Shift flexibility (early/late rotation every 6 weeks). Strong people management skills. Ownership mentality.
