Oversee a fleet of 60-80 trucks and trailers operating across the Southwest corridor (I-10, I-20, I-35). You will own driver retention, DOT compliance, maintenance scheduling, and on-time delivery. We are mid-size — you run your fleet end to end. Bonus structure tied directly to fleet utilization and driver retention. We want someone who takes it personally when a truck is down or a driver is about to walk.
3+ years in fleet or transportation management. Valid CDL or deep truck operations background. DOT/FMCSA compliance knowledge. Willing to be on call for after-hours breakdowns. Drive and ownership mentality.
