Oversee $10M-$50M commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to certificate of occupancy. You will manage subcontractors, scheduling, budget, and the owner relationship. Current pipeline spans retail, healthcare, and office across the Houston metro. This is a field-heavy role. You are on site every day, making real-time decisions, keeping the project on schedule and under budget. We back you with experienced GCs and a supply chain that keeps you from waiting on materials.
5+ years as superintendent or project manager on commercial construction. OSHA 30 required. Experience managing $5M+ projects. Willing to be on site daily, not behind a desk. Valid driver license.
