Manage a 3,000-head cow-calf operation on a ranch in southeastern Wyoming. You will own herd health, breeding programs, pasture rotation, and infrastructure maintenance. You will oversee 2–3 ranch hands and report to the ownership group on herd performance, financials, and capital projects.\n\nRanch management is one of the most stable, year-round income streams in agriculture — and this operation has been running for 40 years. We will not train you on cattle. We will train you on running the business side.
Cattle or livestock production experience (cow-calf background preferred). Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in all weather. Basic fencing, equipment, and veterinary knowledge. Willingness to live on or near the ranch.
