Manage day-to-day operations for a 5,000-acre row-crop and hay operation in South-Central Nebraska. You will oversee 6 full-time workers, manage equipment maintenance and scheduling, coordinate with input suppliers, and handle harvest logistics. You report directly to the owner.\n\nThis is a hands-on operational role. You will not be sitting behind a desk — you will be in the field during planting and harvest. Farm background, agricultural operations, or equipment management experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work long hours during planting and harvest seasons. Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
