Captain a 60–90ft motor yacht running private charters in Biscayne Bay, the Florida Keys, and the Bahamas. You will manage guests, coordinate with crew, and ensure every trip is safe and memorable. Routes are planned in advance — no heavy weather or overnight passages on the regular runs.\n\nWe provide fuel advances and a generous tip-sharing structure. Captains who build a repeat client base earn significantly above base.
USCG 100-ton or higher license required. Previous yacht or charter experience preferred. Strong communication skills and guest-service orientation. Valid passport and clean background.
