Manage $500K–$5M interior fit-out projects for retail, restaurant, and office clients across the DC metro. You will run the full project lifecycle — estimating support, procurement, subcontractor management, schedule, and client communication. TI and buildout work keeps you busy year-round.\n\nWe are a small GC doing high-quality work in a competitive market. The PM who can estimate, manage, and build relationships will do very well here.
Interior construction or commercial TI experience. Procore or similar PM software. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites in DC metro.
