Blackstone builds multifamily, office, and light industrial projects across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. We're hiring project managers to run $5-20M commercial projects from groundbreaking through closeout. No prior PM role required — if you have 2+ years as a project engineer, assistant PM, or in a construction operations role and want to run your own projects, we'll make that happen. You'll own the schedule, manage your GC relationships, track budget, and coordinate subs. Base is $108k with project completion bonuses. We use Procore for all project management — we'll certify you. Most of our PMs who started as PEs are running $15M+ projects within 3 years.
2+ years in commercial construction in a project engineer, assistant PM, or similar role; Comfortable with Procore (or willing to learn); Strong communication and organizational skills; OSHA 30 preferred; No prior PM role required — we pair you with a senior PM for 12 months; Bachelor's in construction management or related field preferred but not required
