Titan manages freight operations for 80+ owner-operators moving dedicated loads for major retailers. We need a dispatch supervisor to manage 15-20 drivers daily: load assignment, route planning, compliance monitoring, and driver support. No prior dispatch experience required — if you have logistics, transportation, or customer service background and can handle pressure, we'll train you on our system. Base is $100k with quarterly team performance bonuses. You'll oversee 18-20 owner-operators, handle their issues (breakdowns, detention, routing), and be their main point of contact.
