We're sponsoring candidates for FAA air traffic controller training through the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. No prior aviation experience required. You need: US citizenship, 3 years of full-time post-secondary education OR 4 years of work experience, and the ability to pass a medical, security background, and the FAA Academy entrance exam. The FAA Academy program is 12-14 weeks, fully paid. After completion, you'll work at our facility earning $105k base with strong benefits and a 20-year career path. Controllers with 5 years of experience at regional facilities are eligible to move to major airport towers (Atlanta, Dallas, Denver) with pay up to $220k.
