About the Role

Nexus Analytics is a business intelligence platform for mid-market retail and restaurant chains. We're hiring CSMs to manage a portfolio of 40-60 accounts and drive adoption, renewal, and expansion. No prior CSM experience required — we hire people from consulting, project management, and sales who can manage relationships and drive outcomes. You'll own the QBR process, track product adoption metrics in our platform, and identify upsell opportunities. Base is $105k with 15% accelerators on renewals and expansions. Our top CSMs are managing $8-12M in ARR each and are on track for Director roles. We use Gainsight for playbook management — we'll train you on the platform.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in customer-facing roles (account management, consulting, project management, or sales); Strong data orientation — comfortable reading dashboards and presenting metrics; Relationship-driven — you can manage 50 accounts without dropping the ball; SaaS or BI experience preferred but not required; No prior CSM role required — we train on our platform and process
