If you're a former sales rep, customer success manager, or teacher who can build rapport fast and understand technical roles, we'll train you on the recruiting side. Base is $100k with uncapped commission on placements. Our average commission per placement is $12k; top billers are placing 3-4 engineers/month. 90-day training program covers sourcing on LinkedIn/Boolean, technical screening (no coding required), offer negotiation, and account management. We place engineers at $120-250k — your commission scales with the roles you fill.
