DataForge builds data pipeline software for mid-market engineering teams. We're hiring a BDR team lead to manage 6 reps and help scale our outbound motion from 3 SDRs to 12 over the next 12 months. You don't need prior management experience — if you were a top-performing SDR or AE and want to make the move into team leadership, this is your shot. Base is $110k plus $20k accelerator when your team hits quota. You'll run weekly pipeline reviews, coach call quality, and build the playbook alongside our VP of Sales. We'll train you on our ICP, our tooling (Outreach + Chorus), and our process. After 18 months, top team leads are promoted to SDR Manager and given full P&L responsibility for their pod.
