Summit is one of the largest structural steel erectors in the Gulf Coast. We need certified tower crane operators for high-rise projects in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. No prior crane experience needed — if you have construction background and want to become a crane operator, we sponsor your NCCCO certification (we pay for it, you earn while you train). Once certified, you'll work 6/10 schedule on active job sites. Base is $105k for new operators, stepping up to $140-150k for experienced operators on complex high-rise projects. We provide full OSHA safety training and pay for ongoing certification renewals. Tower crane operators with 2+ years on high-rise in Houston are clearing $150k+ with overtime.
