Pinnacle builds commercial office, mixed-use, and healthcare projects in the Southeast. We're hiring superintendents to run job sites on projects up to $50M. You don't need prior superintendent experience — if you have 3+ years as a project engineer, field engineer, or carpenter on commercial projects and want to make the jump, we'll put you through our superintendent development program. We pair you with a senior superintendent for your first two projects. Base is $110k plus performance bonuses tied to schedule adherence and safety records. Our superintendents who've come through our program now run $30-80M projects. If you can manage a job site, lead a crew, and keep a schedule, we'll get you there.
3+ years in commercial construction in any field role (PE, FE, carpenter, foreman); Comfortable with P6 scheduling, RFI logs, and submittal tracking; Strong communicator — you run the daily huddle and interface with GCs and owners; OSHA 30 certified (can obtain after hire); No prior superintendent role required — we train and mentor
