SunPath is one of the Southwest's fastest-growing residential solar companies. We're hiring installation leads to run crew operations across the Phoenix metro. You don't need solar experience — electrical or construction background and leadership capability are what we're after. Starting base is $100k plus commission on every install your crew completes. Top leads are hitting $140k in their first year. We provide full manufacturer training on Enphase and SolarEdge systems. You'll supervise 3-5 installers per crew, coordinate with the sales team, and own quality standards on your installs. This is outdoor work, 40-50 hours/week, with most installs completed in 1 day. We'll move you up to senior lead and then site manager as you grow.
Electrical or construction experience (2+ years preferred); Valid Arizona driver's license; Comfortable on rooftops and lifting 80+ lbs; Leadership experience (crew lead, military NCO, sports team captain counts); No solar experience required — we train on our system; Willingness to work outdoors in Arizona heat
