We train people to become freight brokers from scratch — if you can negotiate, manage chaos, and talk to truck drivers without getting rattled, you can do this job. No experience in freight or logistics required. You'll start in our 8-week training program (paid, full salary), then move to your own book of business. Commission structure: 20% of gross margin. Our top brokers are clearing $180k+ in year two. We provide the load board access, carrier relationships, and support staff. You bring the hustle. Memphis is the freight capital of the US — if you want to learn this industry, this is the right place to start. We only take 10 new brokers per cohort.
