IronHorse is a premier pipeline construction contractor operating across the Permian Basin. We need certified welders for new construction and maintenance on 4-48 inch natural gas and oil transmission lines. We hire helpers at $28/hr to assist certified welders — no experience required. You'll learn from senior welders on the spread, work 10-12 hour days in the field, and climb to $45-70/hr as your skills develop. Per diem is $120/day, double time after 8 hours. Most of our crew clears $130-160k in a 9-month season. We provide all PPE, welding equipment, and travel accommodations to and from camp.
