ClearWind operates 400+ turbines across the Texas Panhandle and eastern New Mexico. We need technicians to climb, inspect, maintain, and repair GE and Vestas turbines. No prior wind experience needed — we hire electricians, industrial mechanics, and military veterans and train them on the turbine side. Starting pay is $100k base with full per diem ($75/day in the field). Overtime is plentiful: our guys routinely hit $125-140k in year one. Climbing is daily — you'll be at 300ft in 40mph wind. If that doesn't scare you and you have a mechanical or electrical background, apply. We also cover all OSHA safety certifications and manufacturer training through Vestas and GE.
