HighLine builds and maintains transmission infrastructure across the Mountain West. We're taking on major new contracts and need linemen who can grow with us. No prior line experience required — if you have strong electrical knowledge and are comfortable working at height in all weather conditions, we'll put you through our apprenticeship program. You'll earn while you learn: $32/hr during the 18-month apprenticeship, stepping up to $48-58/hr upon completion. Per diem, full benefits, and overtime are available from day one. We provide all climbing gear and PPE. You just need to show up with a hard hat and the willingness to work hard in brutal conditions. This isn't an office job — it's outdoor, physical, and demanding.
