Train to become an En Route Air Traffic Control Specialist at the Houston ARTCC. You will learn radar separation, manage high-altitude sector traffic, and progress through the FAA Academy and facility training pipeline. After full certification, you control traffic over one of the nation's busiest airspace regions. Certified controllers at Houston ARTCC earn $165k+ with FAA benefits and retirement. No prior aviation experience required — the FAA trains you from the ground up. Must pass the AT-SAT and biographical assessment.
