Fill mid-to-senior engineering roles (full-stack, platform, ML) for Series B-C tech companies across the Pacific Northwest. You will own 8-12 reqs at a time, run full-cycle recruiting, and manage relationships with engineering hiring managers. We place 80-100 engineers per quarter. Technical recruiters who can sell the vision, move fast, and close candidates without drama earn $150k+. We train on our technical screening process — no prior tech recruiting experience required.
Recruiting experience preferred (contingency or RPO background a plus). Comfortable communicating with engineering leaders. Strong organization and follow-through. Tech-savvy with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience. Willingness to learn technical concepts deeply.
