About the Role

Lead a team of 8 SDRs prospecting into the VP of Sales and RevOps persona at SaaS companies. You will run a metrics-driven outbound motion — email, LinkedIn, cold calling — and coach your team to hit weekly activity and pipeline targets. We use Apollo, Gong, and Outreach. Team leads who run tight weekly rhythms, run effective 1:1s, and can diagnose why a rep is stuck make $140k+ with commission overrides. No prior management required — we train on our methodology.

What We're Looking For

B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience. Comfortable running an outbound motion with metrics. Strong coaching and communication skills. Tech-savvy and familiar with sales engagement tools. Willingness to learn our product deeply.
