Run tenant improvement and ground-up retail projects ranging from $500k to $8M. You will own the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, manage punch lists, and be the face of the project to the client. Currently running 4 Starbucks remodels and a Costco gas station build. Superintendents who can run multiple projects and keep subs accountable consistently earn $140k+. We promote from the field — 6 of our current PMs started as supers.
Commercial construction experience required (TI or ground-up preferred). Strong scheduling and communication skills. Comfortable with Procore and plan reading. Valid driver license. OSHA 30 a plus.
