Basin operates drilling rigs across the Bakken. We hire people with zero oilfield experience and train them on the floor. You start as a roughneck and work up to derrickhand, then motorman, then driller. Two-year progression path to $150K+. We cover travel to the rigs, provide per diem, and run 14/14 rotations. Safety is the top priority and we will teach you everything — you just need to show up and work hard.
Willingness to work 14-day rotations (14 on, 14 off). Valid driver's license. Physical fitness for rig floor work. No experience needed — we train.
