You will own headcount, productivity, safety, and quality metrics. 200+ hourly associates, 3 shift supervisors reporting to you. We don't care about your degree. Warehouse or manufacturing operations management experience. Comfortable managing large hourly workforces and meeting productivity KPIs. Strong Excel and WMS proficiency (Manhattan or Blue Yonder preferred). Valid driver license. Willingness to work rotating shifts.
