You are the calm in the chaos when a load goes sideways at 2am. Memphis is the freight capital of the US. If you can run operations here, you can run them anywhere. $100k base with quarterly performance bonuses.
Logistics operations experience required. Comfortable managing a team in a 24/7 environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work shifts that cover peak shipping windows. TMS experience a plus.
