Own the post-sale relationship with mid-market field service companies using our FSM platform. You will onboard new customers, run quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact for 25-35 accounts. This is a quota-carrying CSM role — you have an upsell target. FieldSync is a fast-growing Series B company. Our CS team is the reason our NRR is 118%. We care about your relationship-building skills and your ability to understand a technical product.
Experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales. Comfortable presenting to business stakeholders and running structured QBRs. Strong organizational skills. No field service software experience required — we train on the product.
