Own the full project lifecycle for commercial interior and core-and-shell projects ranging from $2M-$15M in the Raleigh-Durham market. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor relations, and client communication from groundbreaking to closeout. Our PMs run 3-5 projects simultaneously. Pinnacle is growing fast and promoting from within. We have two current PMs who started as assistants two years ago. We provide Procore training and a structured onboarding process. No prior commercial construction PM experience required.
Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn. Valid driver license. No prior PM experience required — we train the right person.
